Your account
You're responsible for your studio, the people you invite, and keeping sign-in details safe. Admins control who can generate, approve and spend.
Your content
You own what you upload and what you make with NanoCinema, subject to the terms of the AI providers your studio uses. Don't upload material you don't have the rights to, and don't generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights or likeness.
Credits and payment
Renders are paid from prepaid credits (1 credit = ₹0.50) at the price shown before you generate. If a render fails, its credits go back to the studio automatically. Credit packs are bought in Indian rupees through Razorpay and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Third-party models
Generation runs on third-party AI providers. Output can be imperfect or unexpected; review everything before you publish it.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice. You can close your studio at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
